A Crystal Cliffs Wedding
Arriving at the ceremony in a classic Buick. In her mother’s wedding dress. An amazing moment that was just a small part of an incredible afternoon.
Just outside of Antigonish, Crystal Cliffs is perhaps one of the nicest wedding venues in the maritimes. A towering white exterior gives way to a rustic post and beam interior. Thick woodland eventually transitions to idealic beach. Crystal Cliffs is another venue that allows you to focus on the festivities at hand by cutting you off from the outside world. Heaven for any wedding photographer.
I was worried that I’d be short on time as I was only there for four hours. Worried that I’d miss key details. Key moments. Emotions, embraces, fleeting glances. You name it. Worried that I’d rush myself and fail in my desire to be creative.
None of that happened.
Time slowed to a crawl. Pure joy and smiles - both in front of the camera and behind the camera. It’s a privelage to be the one that documents these celebrations. The one that navigates through social interactions and the intimate moments of the ceremony. Thank you for your trust, friends. I’m glad we were able to connect. I’m glad there was a slice of pie leftover.
