The fact that you can transition from the heart of the city to a quiet lookoff by the ocean within a matter of minutes never ceases to amaze me. We managed to find the perfect perch for watching the sun set and the sail boats coming home.

Read MoreI absolutely love being a wedding photographer, but I also love portrait sessions. It's a chance to relax and explore. It's a chance to have fun and take some chances. In this case those chances included a bitterly cold wind off of the Atlantic and knee high snow between the granite rocks of Peggys Cove. Despite the wind and despite the snow I think we did well. It was Nika's first visit to the area and I hope I haven't left a scar. It's nicer in the summer. I promise.
